Responsibilities:
- Set-up practices and vendors in AP platform
- Request 1099s and W9s from vendors as needed
- Verify/pay invoices against purchase orders
- Verify/pay expense reimbursement forms against receipts
- Look for duplicate submissions & payments
- Record accounts payable data
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience in accounts payable & AP platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively & meet deadlines
